A unique database with more than 50,000 entries on significant events and with data on known personalities. It is possible to search for anniversaries falling on individual days or time periods.
The database stores data on around 38,000 personalities from various fields, including 13,000 from the Czech Republic and around 25,000 from the world. There are 6,500 politicians, more than 5,000 scientists, 3,000 athletes and 20,000 culture personalities among them.
The database also features significant and breakthrough events from politics, economy, culture, sports, transport as well as various disasters, crimes and court cases. It also includes significant days in the Czech Republic and in the world.
It offers a simple search according to time, country, region, person or branch. It is also possible to search for the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and other anniversaries. The search criteria can be combined and you can create your own summaries using, for instance, categories – crime, football, science, music, film, president. It is also possible to search for prominent natives or events connected with a certain town or region.
